day 5 cold !!!

Well its lunch time into day 5 still no nico!!!!night 4 was just as bad as night 3 ?think I would rather have a root c****?please god this has to get easier ?I am sticking it out looking forward to next week as a no smoker! but I thought day 4 was going to be better ?

There is no shame in buying some NRT to help, if your not smoking then there is no shame in anything that will help!!

By doing something to occupy your mind you will stop going around in circles getting into rut thinking about cigs all the time!

Thanks for your support Buffy ? Things did get better tonight 5th night and day ??cravings not as bad as 3rd and 4rd day and night ?cold turkey is the tuff way but I think its for the best with me ?if I give to any nico its all over ? after 23 years of this addiction cold turkey is hard but i need to flush my system and stay strong !!!!all the other alternitives never worked ?its time to do things right?
