I'm on my second lap Week 17 I've maintained my weight loss of 11 pounds. This time I am on a long haul to get to my goal which I've set at November 2017 to lose either 1 or 2 stone or between to get to my healthy weight of 8 stone or 9 stone depending on how I look with this weight loss.
I've maintained a while now which I'm happy with but my next push is to get the one stone badge. I'm only 3 pounds away. This will be my motivation and we all need to be motivated. I do try to motivate others too by reading and replying to posts, forgive me if I get a little bit confused re replies etc., I do always try to answer if anyone sends a private message but this forum is a very busy forum therefore it's difficult to reply to many. I always really appreciate it when you send me motivation from admins to everyone on here so please don't think I don't do my bit too, it's just I'm only on the forum about once a week. I do find logging my weight loss and posts a great thing to do because you can look at your own progress on here and read others tips. My next aim is the next three pounds to get my stone badge...
