Hi I'm new here, I have some health issues IBS, underactive thyroid, just recently diagnosed with diabetes. I have tried and tried to lose weight I've lost about 1stone but I cannot lose anymore, I do exercise and Tia Chi. Im just at a loss what yo do now.
