Me too going to start Monday the 2 Jan best wishes.
Not eaten much over Christmas but still got my belly, hopefully when I go back to work and start to walk more it will help 🥰

Got back from USA - 3KG heavier in 9 days ! Just managed to get rid of it this week by going back to my health kick regime . No snacks , 3 mindful meals and only fruit tea or water . Absolutely feel punished as was getting used to pizza slices , cream pie and cream cheese bagels but they hate me . I feel less sluggish but close my eyes and my mouth waters with all that food which was made for me.
