Last year I was a mess, my ocd hit high levels but alot of that was because I came off valium cold turkey and it gave me a massive physical and psychological major major battle, that breakdown taught me alot my friends and I hope this will serve you well. I suffered and still do at times when stressed suffer with harm ocd and I won't mention the other but if you have what I have, had it will always be there but your missing the big picture, one bad people don't get anxious, they get happy, aroused ect they enjoy what ever crappie they going through. The only thing you should be frightened of is the amount of time you have wasted worrying that you are a bad person lol. Can you imagine Jack the ripper if technology was his time feeling guilty lol. Please people, listen to me thoughts are thoughts no one is harmed, action from a thought is bad but if you don't do it you have only thought and that's it. I'm pretty sure when we were babies, our mother had that dreadful scary and just a random thought of chucking me off a cliff lol. Please laugh at yourself if you ever had harm ocd. If I think I'm a fucking unicorn does it make me a unicorn. Please, take a breath and laugh at this shit. And for people with blasphemous ocd, God is great God understands. God bless
