It's been a great week so far I haven't had any issues or intrusive thoughts and I haven't been picking away at my fingers or even twisting my hair into knots. I wish it could always be like this I don't know why it's been like this but I'm not complaining. I hope it lasts I just wanted to thank everyone here for their support and compassion. Even though things are going good right now I will still be on to try and be there for all of you. Please don't hesitate to hit me up.
