I am a 53 year old female who was recently diagnosed with ADHD, PTSD, Aniexty. I am struggling to find a dr who can prescribe me medication to help me focus. I am two classes away from getting my degree and I cant focus. I am in a stressful relationship so that don't help things much. I cant sleep EVER so that is affecting my health. I just wish I could turn it all off and not think about nothing. All I want to be is balanced once in my life before I die.

Good on you for making it this far.A psychiatrist is the doctor for complex cases.

In the meantime, call the Student Assistance Program attached to your place of study for making a plan to ease your stress of life and study while completing your course.
