Hi I've just joined and would like to introduce myself.I live with psycosis (hearing voices mostly) and have suffered from complex PTSD, anxiety and depression. It's been a difficult road.
I'm in a good place at the moment thanks to some wonderful people in the NHS, my family (including my dog) and a good balance of medication.
