I feel a crash, sometimes I do, and I can't explain it. I wish I could. And other times I feel some remorse and regret, but alot of times when I socialise it actually makes me feel a lot more better. I guess it could be the energy I'm around and also I realise others are actually not as concerned about what I say or do, as much as I may be and sometimes I may just feel overwhelm or guilt or anxiety for not many apparent reasons. And when I let go of these thoughts that bring me some what down, then I feel a lot better and present and able to socialise and even hold good conversations or if not good conversations then okay vibes and some comfortable silences too.

Good on you for recognizing what is helping and hindering your mood. It sounds like you have a good group of positive friends which is beautiful.

And comfortable silence! That’s impressive. It sounds like acceptance and peace. These are all such good things to be grateful for.

Thanks for sharing and I wish you continued insight and success!
