Hello community I have just run into a post about someone who suffers from depersonalization. I don't have all the specifics but I think I recognize this in me. I feel like out of body sometimes like I'm watching a movie of myself. I feel very detached from my emotions almost numb at times and then I have a problem with depression where I'm overly attached to my emotions sometimes. I can actually have conversations engage respond, but be totally inside my head wondering about unrelated things and 10 minutes later I will not even remember who I talk to what their name was and what the conversation was about. It's very hard to explain. I'm looking for other people who have this problem, how they may have helped themselves, is there any solution? Any relief? Has anybody found any articles or authors that write on this subject that has been helpful for them. Please reach out I am very much wondering what is really going on and how to help myself. Thank you very much and be well
