Mental health app recommendations

Hi everyone, I don't know if this kind of post is allowed but I am looking to get a mental health app and was wondering if anyone had any recommendations? I am coming up to the end of my counselling sessions for depression and anxiety and want to continue getting better through self help. I am looking for more of a personal mood tracker with tips rather than an online forum like this. Thank you in advance :)

My first response to this died. Somehow I don't think it's connected to the hurricane weather outside. I am pretty convinced that this app that I picked up is of course a British one, and that suits me just fine. The iPhone app that I currently use specifically for what you call depression and anxiety are: eMoods; Life Cycle; Sleep Cycle. I'm always looking for more. If an Android-family phone belongs to you, you'll want to look for similar, compatible items. I also use a tracker for a physical problems that I have, ones that cannot be cured, as a depression and anxiety tracker, because it offers really handy customizable categories were you can like a certain dose or a certain frequency and such. Let me know what you find out.

Glad I can help!

There's an app called "headspace" I haven't used it personally but I've heard a lot of great reviews from other people. Hope you're ok x

My former fiancée of years back (an Englishwoman; this relationship is over but another Brit would thrill me) used that word "headspace" a lot. I will look it right up!

I was born in an inland U.S. city where my mother (not French and never British) was newly back from France. This is the first tropical storm we have ever had, as the city is strategically located for success. The electricity has gone off and on and there has been a tree death in a neighboring municipality an hour ago, but so far, otherwise so good! About the same as a bad storm today. The worst will be tonight, which could be bad, then it will abate tomorrow night. It's a first!
