does anyone get sad around this time a year? I know it’s a supposed to be joyful but I’m so depresss

Have you tried to consider the reasons why you feel this way,

My problem was a sour home life, and now I feel Christmas is only another day and I treat it that way. I spend christmas with wife and dog, New Year is the same

It would be nice if you kne why you feel this way if you can address the problem it might help.

I guess every Xmas was a bit traumatic because my family didn’t get along well. You’re right it’s good to address the issue ❤️
