Need some advice

Hey guys..

Started a new job in July (left my previous job which I loved (had to leave because was only contracted 7 hours and was starting to become toxic) and it's quite a boring job...

Recently got a new manager and we are not gelling at all she came in all guns blazing and keeps watching over Me etc did disclose I got adhd and don't like being listened to or watched.

In my interview the hiring manager (who has left) said I wouldn't be doing every weekend but since starting I have done every sat or Sun or both.

Also they mucked up my pay last week and was missing £116 from my paycheck this caused massive stress for me and caused me to keep pestering my manager to sort ( which she did in the end but not without attitude etc)

I texted my manager earlier yesterday saying I won't be in today due to having massive panic attacks today etc and said I will return to work on my next scheduled day and maybe speak about making some reasonable work adjustments.

I have wrote down some bits I want to say to her but dunno how to word them.

Also thinking of making a doctors appointment to get some medication (used to be on meds when younger but not been on any since I was 15)

This is making me anxious cause of the side effects etc but I feel I need something.

I got a new job lined up in Dec and I really need to do well and get it and like it and cope for me to be able to move out with My partner who is so desperate to move out.

I feel so anxious I won't be able to do the new job and feel I will Lose him if I Don't get my anxiety under control any advice?.

I got my pip assessment on Tuesday through a video call aswell has anyone else been through this process ?

Many thanks

I had a PIP assessment a while ago and it is quite difficult to advise, The best way or one way is to have someone with you to give support. Also make a list of each problem you have. Remember the whole meeting is to assess your needs and life requirements and is based on a strict points system, it can be difficult sometimes I understand to make your points of view and needs out into the discussion as that can be obtuse or possibly misunderstood so you will need to be very clear to the examiner how you feel. Hopefully when your Doctor has been informed He is there to help you and explain your needs and requirements.

However it is very importand you inform your Doctor and He is able to go through your problems and any treatment you are having. If you have not seen your Doctor, make that appointment.

Generally you can appeal, the CAB can advise you on the best way forward
