I just need advice

To cut a long story short.

I have acute anxiety disorder, P.T.S.D and depression.

In 2019 my money was cut and I couldn't pay all my bills so I tried to cut my wrists. I wasn't successful because it hurt. Went into a psyche ward. My boyfriend was lovely but confused.

Fast forward everything worked out in the end BUT lockdown meant I lost my voluntary job and I found my boyfriend dead because I had the keys. He had heart disease.

Plus during lockdown I have lost all my teeth.

I scoured the Internet and found a cosmetic dentist. They agreed to a payment plan but I need a doctors letter to confirm that I don't have cancer, liver disease and etc. Fair enough.

I got the letter from my latest GP. They come and go from my surgery but I have had some lovely GPS.

The letter from this new GP said I sounded intoxicated on the phone and I was alcohol dependent.

I HATE alcohol. Last drink was over 20years ago.

I complained and she phoned and apologised but I didn't believe her.

I sent her a long message and explained all about the above and requested another letter taking out the bit about alcohol.

I had a message that she will call me on Monday morning. Its Friday now.

Aaah!! I don't want to talk to her. I just need a letter.

People, this is the bit I need advice on... I don't want to tell her why I need this letter. I have spoken to the mental health team and the person was busy. He didn't really work there, if you know what I mean.

People reading this, do you have to tell the latest GP the reason that you want this letter?

Help me out because I am confused.

Another person has complained about her. I mean in writing. I know all this due to technology.

Hello again I told her the letter was for my dentist and solicitor.

I collected it today and what a huge difference was in that letter.

I got very ill for 2 weeks because of HER.

Thank you for your reply.

Chase you explained about you not drinking for the twenty years and all I can suggest is you talk to your Doctor, they will have your records and if you are having problems with Mental Health, and you need confirmation your Doctor can get a letter out and explain to Mental Health and they can possibly explain your situation. However I do not understand regards the Dentist wanting a confirmation, only if your age is over I think sixty five, or you are going to have Sedation treatment and if you are still drinking, like you have stopped that could cause problems.

Hello BobI'm not over 65.

The dentist needs to know if I have cancer and any other serious illness because they have agreed to a payment plan.

My GPs come and go and I can name 5 that were lovely to me and 2 that I don't remember their names.

But I met her and I got bad vibes. The mental health team contacted her 2 months ago to inform her that I was in a bad way and she phoned me and, idiot advice told me to get a dog.

I used to look after dogs and they are a lot of work.

Then she said to get a cat and I said cats should not be locked up in flats.

I just need this letter but I don't want to tell her the reason because I don't trust her as every thing gets written down. Another person has made a complaint about her.

Hello Chase

Have you other Partners, in the Practice you could approach. ??

If you are having these problems discuss your concerns at least with the Surgery Manager, She will be able yo intervene if you are having bad attitude
