I have problems with my memory although that is all down to age and various problems when I was younger.
You mention Divorce, you have also lost your job and are having problems with resulting shortage of money and unable to pay your Bills
You have the resulting number of fears, worries and concerns that will most probably cause your Depression and that in some ways may have you mumbling to yourself. Did you loose your Job because of COVID.
Given your problems above consider talking to your Doctor. Write out a list for when you visit surgery, this will help you remember all that is going on in your life.
Jobs at this confused time are bad to get, so it may be an idea to talk to the Job shop and register for employement suggestions, it may be you will get part time work to fill a gap as you try and find full time employement
So sorry to hear this, when life strikes you it really does and often multiple issues then dump themselves on you as well. Firstly, see your GP, they work online and on the phone. If you haven't registered with a local surgery you need to. Find online nearest surgery to you. Go back to the DWP and they may be able to add to the Universal Credit or let you have an emergency loan. You should be able to find out everything online from the government website. Sorry you have lost your job. Concentrate on your skills and write a great CV, job centre or online sites will help you. There are also food charities and food banks. Do not be afraid or too proud to ask, you may need referral from an agency or GP to access these. There are people who have jobs and have had to use a food bank to cope. This is a very hard time for the country and all over the world and hopefully you will be able to get more help, it's just asking people and finding the answers right for you. Your local council website may have links to help and you may have had a leaflet during covid for telephone numbers to ring if needed. I wish you well.
