Today I’m just a little while I go for my physical before surgery.
I’m pretty strong emotionally but I lack support since my entire immediate family passed in a 4 year period of time.
The last time I had surgery my love of my life of 13 years was with me. He passed away from brain cancer just this pass January. I have extended family members and my brother in law is taking me.
But I just feel like I’m alone doing this.
Any help would be helpful.

Hoping you are feeling love in yourself and recouping from the surgery knowing your loved ones are there with your memories and there inside yourself the bond you had and have by having their love. Sometimes to think of how they would joke with you or care for you through this may bring feelings of self compassion and healing. Wishing you well.
Good Luck with your Surgery, it can be a real trial awaiting the operation. You will be in good hands, you need your condition repaired and we all need to do things in life that distract and worry us. After it is all done I remember breathing a sigh of relief and feeling that much better after several days or so
Be strong someone is with you, we all need to know how you get on as soon as you feel better
