What are you on? And what the symptoms when you get socially anxious? Both physical and mental. I suffered needlessly for years. You might need a different med, an adjunct and/or the right therapist. Most psych professionals suck, but I'll help you find a good one if your current one isn't working out for you. Good luck and stay safe.
