Victim of domestic abuse..help!

I feel like I am suffering from alot of mental disordes, Attachment style issues/PTSD/OCD/anxiety/impostor syndrome/deep feeling of shame, guilt and indequacy...

I am a victim of domestic abuse, verbal and physical..my dad abused my mom(since she got married with him) and me for 14 years ..I still live with them ..also my brothers abused me verbally and physically..all I want is to find a way out ..to move out away from them ..what happened in my life made feel sick to the core .. please can you give me any advice?

Hi I grew up in a similar situation and I’m now 19 moved out I would say save your money like all of it somewhere safe. And focus on you not any drama or nothing like that. If you literally can’t stay there anymore you could call Dchs idk how of you are but ya. You can always message me ❤️

I have just walked out of an abusive relationship which lasted 14 years. A couple of month's ago I talked to my manager at work, who is a kind woman. I felt that I could talk to, and outside of helplines, she was the first person I had talked to about my situation in the 14 years. She understood and said she would help and offered to let me stay round hers if I needed to. A could of weeks after that, after another violent outburst from my partner, I walked out. Now I am round my manager's looking for a flat to rent, and more importantly looking forward to my future. It's difficult, but I'm feeling positive. My advice to you would be to find someone to talk to, and hopefully find help that way.
