Hello if having problems with stress then need to do something about it.

I would if you are stressed say so to those in your company.

Also if you look on line plenty of mental health charities have supported employment.

Usually nominated support worker to assist you.

If you live in this country UK.

Also make some times a nd adjust work schedule take breaks ask for flexiable hours.

Avoid all times alcohol and caffeine in tea, coffee, cola chocolate and energy drinks more consume worse stress can be.

If the role you have is making you ill consider other choices options and looking at other opportunities.

Try Breathing techniques and sometimes rising from your seat for a short period, walk around and flex your neck and shoulders, If you are on a computer it is always a good idea to move your eyes away from the computer itself. Sometimes peoples eyes become tired and dry. You can purchase eye drops to get rid of the dryness and moisture your eyes and relax them. The drops can be purchased over the counter in a chemist. If you have tea breaks move around, the same applies at lunchtime, if you can get out of the office do so go for a walk

Try and get a chair that straightens the spine yet prevents stress on the joints, consider a foot rest to lift up your legs and take the pressure of your feet and legs
