I have depression, anxiety, PTSD and OCD
My doctor advised 50g sertraline it’s been a year now and I feel numb, emotionless my sex drive...well what sex sex drive.
It is having a big impact on my relationship.
Has anyone else been feeling the same?

Are you thinking that the sertraline is the reason for how you're feeling?
I have never felt emotionally numb before and my sex drive was alive up until I began the tablets
It's difficult to say whether it's your tablets, as they're also symptoms of depression. 50mg is not a high dose I don't think, but people react in different ways to meds. Have to talked to your doctor about it?
It can very commonly have an impact on sexual function and sex drive.
So yes, there is a good chance that sertraline is to blame.
Some antidepressants are less likely than others to cause sexual problems, although how helpful your doctor will be in this situation, I'm not sure.
Quoting:

Antidepressants with the lowest rate of sexual side effects include:
Bupropion (Wellbutrin XL, Wellbutrin SR, Aplenzin, Forfivo XL)
Mirtazapine (Remeron)
Vilazodone (Viibryd)
Vortioxetine (Trintellix)
Antidepressants most likely to cause sexual side effects include:
Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), which include citalopram (Celexa), escitalopram (Lexapro), fluoxetine (Prozac), paroxetine (Paxil, Paxil CR, Pexeva) and sertraline (Zoloft)....

If you are in the US, you may be able to get bupropion. See:

If you are in the UK, probably the easiest to get from a doctor outside of the SSRI class would be Mirtazapine. But it may depend on the individual doctor whether they want to be helpful or not.
Are you taking any other medications, your medication can cause some problems although you need to consider other drugs, you may be taking. also your mental health can also affect your sex drive. Are you stressed, regard your relationship
I take other drugs and I found another medication had some nasty side affects that were similar to what you describe. I have ceased that drug by research and am now relying on another included medication that treats my problem Your GP should be able to look into any negative side affects. My AD medications have not effected me in the way you describe.
Consider looking up your medication (s) up on the web. NHS Information in the UK may be useful on their drugs A/Z, if not in the UK just enter the drug name on the web, that should also be useful.
Prozac/Fluoxetine..Methadone for extreme pain... stay away from..not only wont u have a sex drive or have sex..they create more problems then what u started with.
My opinion only.. I do understand they do help other people for a number of ailments.
I have ptsd anxiety the anxiety is verry dominent
I taken no more anti depressant makes me sick
So
Now I am on a benzo Xanax but again a feel not better
If you feel de meds are not ok talk too you doc what are you taken in the evening ???
I suffered the same symptoms and after a year I was diagnosed with a bipolar disorder.
Everyone reacts differently to medications but I was on Sertraline for 2 and a half months. They didn't work for me, I was emotionally numb, my sex drive went down to and I was chronically tired to the point where I missed a month of university because I was tired to get the lessons and couldn't focus at all. I'd suggest just going and having a talk with your doctor to see what they recommend. It can take a while to figure out what the best medication is, I've just been changed to my fourth type of antidepressant today, so here's hoping.
