Uncontrollable Outbursts.

I don’t know what is wrong with me. I have quite bad anxiety and very mild depression. However everything stresses me out, literally everything. Change of plans, making choices, I overthink everything, I can’t stay happy for more than what feels like 5 minutes, anything you can think of it stresses me out. Because I stress myself out so much I get this rage and anger that is horrible to be around and I know that but I don’t know what to do. I just feel helpless because it just happens all the time and I can’t stop it.

Have you tried a stress ball? They direct energy from the brain to to the wrist and fingers. They come in many styles and colours to choose from. Cheap too at $5 or you can make your own. They can be used for meditation too.

Psychologists can also provide stress management in addition to the treatment of anxiety and depression, possibly worsening due to stress from coping at this Covid-19 time.

All the best 🐨

There are various things you can try however if this Anxiety or Mood changes is causing problems in every day life you ne ed to consider talking to your GP and explain what is wrong. Do you have any idea what is causing this concern ?

Try Relaxation Technique MINDFULNESS also taking deep breath may control your Anxiety. One method is breathing into a paper bag, that can help, although remember do not try this with a polythene Bag, that can cause problems. Are you wearing a Face Mask at work for an extended period, if so you will need to remove and take deep breaths every so often. The breath you breath out is not air it is a waste gas, that builds up behind the mask

Hana8, I used to be the same, until I started using Health Unlocked, Borderriever gave me some advice which I still fall back on today! Breathing, and breathing into a paper bag,I didn't think it would work but it does. At the time I had a rubbish Dr,who just didn't want to understand my problem, Borderriever advised me to get another Dr. I still have Panic attacks, but I don't end up in Hospital as much now (although I have ended up in there twice in 3 weeks panic attack and erratic heartbeat).I have found many people give good advice on here,my advice though is still talk to your GP if you feel you can't cope! Its good to cover all your bases.

Hi I am exactly the same. I'm stressed continuously about everything, I overthink every waking minute of the day. There is hundreds of thoughts entering my mind 24/7 and I overthink all of them , one after another, the thing is its never positive in anyway, they are always negative and its makes me feel really ill. This then results in me losing my temper all the time . You are not alone , I have a big change coming up which has made me 10 times worse . I am currently trying to figure out what I can do to help myself, if I figure out any self help methods il let you know
