Struggling

Hi I suffer from anxiety and depression for which I am on meds. , sertraline. I have a number of personal issues going on at the moment and had an outbreak of shingles about 2/3 months ago. I don’t know if it’s the current situation or the after effects of the shingles but I seem to get very quickly wound up these days, almost like I’m not taking any meds. My wife exhibits strong narcissistic behaviour and sometimes I feel like I’m reaching breaking point.

Sorry possibly your Wife personality concerns may be getting you down. If you suffer Anxiety and Depression will be getting you down.

You mention you are on AD Medication, have you discussed any CBT treatment with your Doctor that may help with you moving on and being more positive

Narcs can be a real problem and there are sites on You Tube that address or try and suggest ways of addressing the problem, they seem to be a law onto themselves. I am having same problems myself and I am a little stuck

I am with you on this one.. At breaking point. I wish I could give you some advice. But I'm still looking for answers and help. Just no you are not alone. Hopefully time can heal us all a little. Find ways to make changes that benefit you maybe? Good luck
