I can't feel anything emotionally really....I even get to the point where i question if I ever had any or what even are emotions.
I'm scared that i can't even feel love it happiness. I'm scared when i say i love you to someone I don't mean it cause it's hard to feel it emotionally...

Get your medication checked out, see if it's right for you.
Also ask for some investigations to look for any underlying physical reason for exhaustion & depression.
For example get Thyroid Antibodies tested, Ferritin and Full Blood Count to see if any iron deficiency. Look into other nutrients deficiencies.
Ask about seeing someone to talk with regularly?
Are your periods regular ? Heavy?
Do you eat well?
Are you in the USA?
If in the UK you could text ' Shout' to 85258 for some support.
If in the US you could call: 211
If you wish you could Google search the organisation first to see what help/ direction you can expect.
I believe that SHOUT is for support for someone in personal crisis / struggling with a mental health issue. A trained volunteer converses with you via text.
Don't worry, Lindsey. I've been there and can tell you that it's normal. As you'll be getting better, you'll be feeling you're getting your feelings back. You have a big heart.
It's not the real you it's hard it breaks my heart when I hold my 9 year old daughter and say I love you and feel nothing even my other family members but then when I feel like my normal self I feel love.it does make you think you never had feelings you just got to keep going pushing on even on the dark days we all get.stay safe hope your true feelings shine through again
No you're not heartless, you're overwhelmed with anxiety and depression. It makes to harder to express other feelings because we feel numb
