I need advice (narcissistic abuse recovery)

Hello everyone,

I need advice. I am planning on writing a book about my experience living in a mentally abusive narcissistic three year relationship that ended recently. I’d like to know if you think it would be helpful or if people would even read it? If so does anyone know any publishers or ways of getting the book to circulate? Open to talk more about this

Hi hkiss, I found the online stuff about my Narcissist (my father), and learn reading about the kind of abuse from was as a gaslighting person. Nice one min. And piss off in seconds, then i discovered so detail what kind of Narcissist'he really was and the Negitive crap he gave me all the kept me from actually fonding my true love. I would start researching what kind of Narcissist yours was and with your experinces your book will turn out great, good luck and i hope you are getting the best treatments. Janet

Hi firstly well done I know how hard it is to start over two years ago I got out of an abusive relationship with my husband . I don't know about writing a book most people I've met in our situations just want to forget it ever happened and don't see how the horrible ordel actually made them stronger than ever ( I got sent to the victim support stuff by order and because I'm strong willed or too stubborn for my own good thay actually asked me to speak at their groups but I couldn't get there so I was let go after one meeting ) so if it helps write your journey of how you got through this and how you got stronger . I think the most important part of your book would be what was your biggest weapon and how did you use it. See mine was take there power and turn it against then ( it works ) good luck.

I think any book or article of lifes experience is important n people will read it.I would research the right place to put this info out there..??? Book,blog,newspaper article,support group or etc.
