My family are not supportive to me and I am never good enough for them and the current situation the world is in, I’m stuck with them in the house! My boyfriend is in the military and I’ve not see my him in months now because of COVID19 also! I just feel like a failure EVERY day and im literally at a wits end. It’s literally getting to the point where I’m like I’m going to have to end my life it’s all I can do. I supposed to be getting help from the mental health team but they are shocking I just get passed on to a different person on the phone and then get told I’ll get a call back and blah blah but how’s that helping me? It’s not

Been there several times. All I can say is hold tight to the handle bars in the ride Luke in a carnival ride and don’t let go no matter what! Just remember you been through worse and you are stronger than you think ? I believe in you !!

Hi bethany your not going crazy as you can recognise something is wrong.this is called awareness you need help but your not going crazy seek medical help and they will help you.good luck.

Stay strong, Bethany. I kind of understand what you're going through in terms of having to live with your parents, because I used to live in one house with family whom I really disliked to put it very lightly.

The crisis will eventually end and you'll be able to get away of them. Just put up with them yet a while.
