Chronic Pain and Chronic Stress

I feel much greater chronic stress due to chronic muscle pain and joint pain from fibromyalgia.

My experience has been one of flare ups which have fluctuated depending on my mental health.

reflexology - foot and/or hand, massage, cod liver oil and vitamins and minerals might help

If you are having flares, you need to try different ways to control them, have you tried a TENS Machine, I have several for when I am bad and it does work for me

You can get a machine in various chemists, also you can purchase one on the Web, I normally get mine at Body Clock, the machines are actually going digital and I suppose that may be helpful. EMS machines can also be used, they tone the muscles are make tendons and joints loosen up. However if you get a high quality Tens, they can be set as an EMS.

Try MINDFULNESS Relaxation Technique, you will find books on the subject on AMAZON

£7;00 STG. that will help you relax. What medications are you taking ?
