I feel like I am, I dont feel like myself. I feel like I'm going to forget who I am. Maybe it's just dissociation/anxiety but idk

I know how you feel but lindsey you aren’t losing your mind! You are definitely experiencing anxiety, I felt the same way when i had it really bad. But it takes some time to find your happy self again. You will find it some day. Have hope and don’t give up!
