Can anyone help please? I was quite a bit upset earlier and long story short I think I may have fractured my hand but unsure as the pain is about a 6/10 but I can move all my fingers and rotate my wrist perfectly.

The only way to know for sure is to have an X-ray. Can you get to a minor injury unit or walk in clinic in the morning. If it is very painful you could go to A&E
Talk to your GP or visit Hospital A and E, they will have a look at it and XRay if needed.
I seems not to be bruised, what happened to make you feel it is broken ??
