You are already ahead of the game realizing you need help. Do you have a primary care physician?

We had one for the family, but my relationship with them is complicated now so nope.

I definitely understand that family can be very complicated. Are you taking care of yourself? Eating healthy, exercising getting enough sleep?

Can you research online for a new doctor in your area? I know you probably don't feel like looking but it is necessary to get the help you need.

I would. But I wouldn't have the money to pay for the services of a good doctor.

Thanks again, you have been really helpful

Hello, Playfulner,

Welcome to our supportive community. Is that a Sheltie pup I spy in your photo? I love them and have had 4 in my lifetime!

Well done for taking a brave step out of your comfort zone to reach out for help. As you have begun to find folks here are only too willing to come alongside you and share from their personal journeys and experiences. You are obviously having a difficult time right now. If you haven't already done so, may I suggest that you speak to your doctor or local mental health team and tell them how you are feeling, and consider the range of therapy options available, be that medication and/or talking therapies. Some local charities offer low-cost talking therapies, and there are many different types of therapy such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

You may find some of the suggestions in this article helpful. Again don't close your mind off but maybe just try one or two to begin with. Often it's focusing on the present moment on the little things that make the difference, such as appreciating a beautiful sunny day or walk in the countryside.

It is strange in a way, in my case I hear people explain pain suffered and felt as esquisite it is a funny word to describe pain although in pain clinic I used to hear this word on many occasions. I know in my situation this word, not spelt correctly here sums up pain in a very inclusive way, pain can be a as described and sad to say this type of pain can be best be explained using the aforementioned word

How can we help

Life is very complicated these days, I think. It’s easy for us to get pulled down, pulled apart and stretched thin. I am so sorry you are low. Do you have a friend to talk to about how you feel?

A couple of friends... Thanks a lot for your message. I really appreciate

Yes life is very complicated and never gets any easier, although we have no choice we live with it by looking for ways around it also trying to divert our thoughts and negative expectations to a more positive environment.

I find going outside with Pax and Hazel, we can disappear in the garden now as out fruit trees can hide us from those who do not wish us well. However we are lucky we live in an area where most neigbours are pleasant so in a way we can be ourselves.

How can we help ?

I'm feeling like life isn't worth it. I laze about a lot and men are a pain in the backside, I met someone who kept disappearing on me for months. Boomerang man. I've blocked him off I can't be doing with that anymore. I gained 5 stone and hate the way I look. I don't hardly have any family and tried to make friends but I felt jealous of them and got rid of them.
