hello everyone, im writing here because everyday is just a struggle especially with health anxiety. i get worried everysingle day about every single factor of my body and my environment it is just overwhlming sometimes. it all started when i had a fall and bump my head on a comfort room rushed to the er and got a bruise i was discharged about 6 hours later, ever since i was always worried and anxious about something especially with regards to health, i feel like there would be some kind of life threatening disease that would hit me anytime. like most of health anxiety patients, i start my day by googling symptoms of diseases and going on youtube. its really hard not to since im currently on break from school. its just been so hard living everyday having your thoughts preoccupied, i cant enjoy life as before, i was hoping you can share your coping mechanisms and strategies?
