Well I was diagnosed with PTSD which sucks...why I got it we’ll let me enlighten you on this topic shall I? Some of you may of heard of my story about my ex and how he mentally abused me, he’s the reason why I have PTSD now. Last night his gf came after me calling me names that no girl would like to be called at all, last night was my first episode of my PTSD attacks and it was horrible I’m still calming down from it and I still can’t calm down...life sucks.

What were your symptoms? Panic?

Do you have a therapist

My symptoms are short breathing, vomiting and shaking and yes I do have a therapist

I feel bad you are still suffering the panic. Have you reached out for help

It has gone down to the point I can leave my dog at home because of my therapist
