Antidepressants

Hi, I have my first session with a psychotherapist tomorrow and Im pretty sure shes going to want to put me on antidepressants. I dont know much about it so could you please let me know which one youre taking and if its given you any side effects?

Hi I'm taking escitalopram for anxiety and depression and they seem to help it a little bit but talking to my Councillor and friends or family has helped me a lot more. When I first started taking my antidepressants they made me feel week, sleepy and tired but after a week I was OK.

I have really bad fatigue so Im scared of taking antidepressants cause theyll probably make me even more tired. Have you had any other side effects?

No just the tiredness was my side effect but when it passes its OK. But my side effect could be because I'm on a high dose of escitalopram

Flouxetine I'm on my 3rd week now and tiredness and it hasn't changed anything it made me more suicidal ... Alchol makes me feel better

I take Zoloft 100mg once day everyday and I haven’t any side effects if anything it’s been added to my regiment because my mood stabilizer brings me to down so the Zoloft is added to bring me up.

First time I ever took it i started off at 50mgs and it felt as though I had drank 8 Red Bull’s plus 7 cups of espresso.

That subsided I’m sensitive to meds and this is the first and only antidepressant I have ever taken. I like it.
