I don’t think anyone even gets it. I Can’t don’t anything that makes me happy because nothing does make me happy. I’ve tried do so long and I just don’t want to do it anymore. I have NO friends, no real ones that I feel comfortable talking to about things. I DONT have anyone. THINGS WONT GET BETTER, I KNOW IT WONT. I hate myself so much u guys don’t understand. No one understands! Okay. I wish people would just listen to me. I wish I had freedom. I wish I could do the things I want to. I hate everything. Yeah maybe there is some days where I’m “okay”, but hardly. I show that I’m fine, obviously to hid how I really feel, but inside I’m really not. Being confident and trying different Diversions that you enjoy will generally lift your mood.
Friendships are generally transient, real friends are like Hens Teeth, very rare. However if you need friends with your interests you need to search them out, that is why I mention Diversions and Hobbies. Life can be very lonely when we are on our own and sad to say you need to be positive in your needs and search them out
Reading your text is really down to you, however if you are criticising your worth, our confidence is a common thing, you need to understand your worth to others as your attitude to life becomes more positive.
Talk to your GP and explain how you feel, yes explain how you feel, negative self worth and hopefully He may have further suggestions to help you
Hi M_young, as borderiever has posted, we are here to listen. Talking to your GP to explain how you feel, to discuss your issues with confidence, negativity and self worth. He/she will be able to refer you for some help. A counsellor would be able to work with you to help you understand why you feel this way. You will then begin to understand these feelings and work towards getting better.
