Coming back into reality and common sense and getting someone to help you with benefits- friend or professional that can help you claim should be your goal

Hi sade I'm sorry to see your so down what is your phyctrist doing for you! Was it your wish to go in to hospital or was it against your wishes! Please don't try suicide as it solves nothing It hurts those you leave behind! You sound as if your in dire need of extra support is there anyone you can talk to or try having a full and Frank conversation with your doctor! Please take care and I wish you well 🙏

I have already told the dr how I feel and it was my wish too come into hospital but I was then placed on a section around 1 month ago when I decided that I wanted too leave

You should be able to get universal credit and rent benefits or if you are too ill mentally they should be able (doctor) to get you disability benefits talk to professional

Hi Sade_18, I am sorry to hear things are so difficult for you. It is good that you are getting some help to sort out your benefits as this is an important step. You may find help regarding this on the pinned post section of the forum. As someone has posted, please talk to the staff while you are in hospital. They are there to help and support you

The Mind Mental Health Charity provides help and support. They have an Advocacy service which maybe helpful to you--

mind.org.uk/information-sup....

Also,

Citizens Advice Bureau can also provide advice on financial matters

citizensadvice.org.uk

Please do not give up hope and do stay on the forum where you will be supported by other members who understand how you are feeling. You have posted that you want to get better and this is really positive. Do talk to the staff at the hospital. Do they have a multidisiplinary meeting that you can attend? This would be helpful as it would give you the opportunity to speak to many professionals who are involved in your care and you would be able to express how you are feeling and speak about your concerns. I hope you will soon be feeling better.

Thank you and best wishes.
