I’ve given up, I want it to end! TRIGGER WARNING

I’ve tried so hard for so long, but I can’t carry on like this anymore. I’ve lost everyone, I have no one. I’m so angry, upset, alone, depressed. I feel ruined. I am ruined. They all ruined me but I’m to blame to what’s happened. I don’t have anyone, it’s just me,myself and I. But I’m alone.im tired of everything and everyone. And I just want it to be over and I want it wo end. I apologised for all the things that I “apparently” did, no one forgave me. My ex group went against me. They betrayed me. They didn’t listen to both sides of the story, they didn’t listen to my side. I guess I didn’t mean anything to them. And it’s not just that, that I’m upset and sad about but home life aswell and just myself in general. I hate myself. I really do.

Maybe this place can be somewhere to make your side of the story heard? x

I’ve already posted stuff on here, on my account

Staying positive - looking for the little things that made you happy or big events in your life you are proud of. But perhaps it is time to visit the GP and let a professional/specialist help you deal with your feeling.

People don't always listen do they ? And this leaves you feeling so alone . Try walking away and focus on different people, kinder people. Maybe working on family relationships might be a good place to start. Try to think of the positive things in your life and build on that. Keep posting for support. Pam

Hi M_young, I am sorry to hear you are feeling this way. You have received some helpful replies, such as doing things that make you feel happy, even if it is just for a short time. Please continue to post on the forum for support and have a look at the pinned posts section on the forum where you will find some useful help and support. It may be time to visit your GP who will be able to help and support you. Also, it may be helpful for you to seek help from Pastoral Care at school, or from the school nurse [your school will be able to help you access this] Please remember that you are not alone and things will improve with time. Take small steps.

If you are feeling distressed, please call --

The Samaritans Freephone 116 123 24 hour helpline 7 days a week.

They provide a listening ear.

If you live outside of the UK and are distressed, please have a look at the Crisis Support Helplines on the pinned posts section of the screen. Please remember that you are not alone. Are any other members able to help M_young, please?

Thank you and best wishes.
