** Trigger warning**Depressed
Hi Kay and i'm truly sorry you still feel like this. It is important to keep yourself safe. Please make yourself available of the numbers we provided on your past post if you feel in imminent danger of harming yourself. Also longer term please keep working with the medics to try and get yourself stable. We all care about each other on here and understand these feelings. I don't know if you are in US but if you need to go to ER. In the UK go to A and E or phone the samaritans 116123 or any emergency mental health team that you may be involved with. Gemma
Hi Kay_
I too am very concerned like Stilltrying for your personal safety. Well done for taking a brave step out to reach out for help. Folks here are only too willing to come alongside you and share from their personal journeys and experiences. I support the advice that they have already given to you.
You are obviously going through a really difficult time right now, and we take everything you say very seriously. I would urge you to talk about your situation with your doctor or mental health professional, so they can help you through this. You say that you are feeling suicidal and that you are considering ending your life as a strong possibility. Please bear in mind that this is an anonymous community and anonymous advice in this acute situation ,can make things worse, not better, and can also be a risk to other members of the community who may themselves be feeling quite vulnerable. This forum is no substitute for professional medical advice, no matter how well-meaning.
I appreciate that you recently joined the Shaw Mind Foundation, and may need to be reminded of the community rules and the wider impact of what you are saying. It is helpful for posts of this nature that you add to your post title **Trigger warning**, which I have added to your post on this occasion. We use this prefix in order to warn and respect other users that the content may cause some folks here who like you are in a vulnerable place, to avoid your post.
Please hold on and do not give up hope. If there is no one at hand you can contact: International Crisis Support Helplines: healthunlocked.com/mental-h...

Whats wrong?
Hello Kay
As MAS recommends use the telephone numbers as explained. It is important you can control your Feelings of low mood and if this negativity is proving very problematic you need suggestions on how to move on from your negative thoughts.
Telephone NHS 111 and explain your fears and concerns. They can advise and contact the Crisis Team who will visit and asses you emergency Mental Health needs. You can also attend A and E in Hospital, they can also arrange an assessment and move your mood onto a better place
You need stability to move yourself on and CBT will help, with possibly medications. However only your Health team can advise.
Consider diversions, like hobbies and interests, they can help many of us move onto a better place.
