Addiction
It sounds like you got to check into a drug facility how good is your insurance this is a serious issue because a friend of mine's Nephew just overdosed on a speedball of heroin and cocaine mixed he put it in a bong and smoked it and he was dead in his room for three days before they found him and this just happened on the 12th of January 2019. His roommates gave him a hot dose. Seriously bro I think it's time to check into a facility if you can't stop before it's too late
Hello Ben_caldwell24
I am sorry you feel so bad. It is important you see a doctor as soon as possible. Do you have a support worker?
It is good that you recognise that you need help.
There are crisis websites and helplines listed in the topics.
I had to remove a word in your message that goes against our guidelines. Please do have a look at the guidelines.
Do take care and go for help.
Please let us know how you get on.
Best wishes
You need a good friend or relative that can help you go cold turkey for few days/without drugs for few days or contact GP who has specialist that can help
Hello Ben
How are you?
I am hoping that you have contacted the people in organisations who can help you with your addictions and addictive behaviour. Swopping one addiction for another is not the answer. Relying on friends and family is not the answer, though their support in your recovery will be a huge help.
You are in the UK. Every area has a drug and alcohol support centre. Ours is called Open Road. There are organisations for younger people too.
If you can’t find your local support ask your local Citizens Advice Bureau.
Phone Ask Frank.
Be brave and go to a Cocaine Anonymous Meeting. Or AA or NA.
When you decide to overcome your addictions and do everything you can to support your decision, you will be amazed at how quickly your health and especially your mental health and sense of well-being will return.
I am not pretending it will be easy. There is no quick fix.
You are young and intelligent. Find the experts and really listen to them.
You can do this Ben.
Kind regards
Christine
My 28 year old son returned home 3 years ago addicted to crack cocaine and heroin.
