Hello Longsider

Thank you for your message. As you say , you have obviously been suffering for many years.

Do you have any support from your doctor for the cervical myelopathy and the depression?

This is a very supportive community so our members may have more experience they can share with you.

You may want to look at a community on Health Unlocked called Cervical Myelopathy.

The nhs website nhs.uk/condition/cervicalmy... may have more information.

Www,mind.org.uk may have more support.

Do take care and let us know how things are for you.

Best wishes
