I suffer with manic depression and anxiety. I’ve had a tough year which I’ve made myself believe I’ve dealt with. However, I’ve sat here for the past 3 hours crying because of a panic attack brought on by the feeling of loneliness.
Does anyone have advice or any previous experience of this?
I don’t want to go in to a state of self harming again.

I've been through Panic attacks and anxiety and recovered with therapy and anti depressants . This was over 20 years ago, but on occasion I will get a panic attack. They don't have the hold on me they once did and I am able to dismiss them, but they are a sign that I'm tired, or something is bothering me and I need to take care of myself. Consider it a kind of warning and don't let it worry you. You won't go back to where you were. Pam
