HiI get so much joy reading other people's post,and being able to relate to some it can be comforting

I have anxiety,depression,twitch and basically on high alert all the time

Do you have therapist you see regularly or when you need?

Hi thereI'm an active 62 year old, family live away, I have one son who seems to of alienated most of his family,I haven't seen him for ten years,

that has a massive effect on my day to day,

I have recently had a txt to make an appointment for a medication review with a mental health nurse so will sort that appointment tomorrow,

I have no therapist, now and just take medication

I live with family, retired parents and brother and his family

Most times my friends too busy working, nights and all that. They work weekends too.

I have few friends on healthunlocked that help me out and basically better than therapists and they seem to have the time for me

Have you made a list of things you might want to discuss with mental health nurse? It might help if you thought about everything beforehand?
