I've recently moved to another country to study for university and be closer to my family. In the end, I didn't get the grades I needed to get into a university so I'll stay here and work and study for one year and get into a uni next year.
My boyfriend is living the dream. He's in uni, has plenty of friends (most of them are girls) and a perfect life. Well, almost perfect, because I'm in it.
I've been feeling very depressed for almost two weeks now. It's getting worse, I started cutting again (I'm trying to stop because I know it's wrong, I'm doing well thank you.)
So my boyfriend is aware of what's going on and he "understands". He's my only friend at the moment. And yet he never makes time for me anymore. He spends all of his time with his friends. IF we manage to talk on the phone, he usually doesn't have more than 30 mins of time for me. His uni programm, also, is not that difficult since he's only attending lessons two days a week.
He says he cares about me and yet I'm having a mental breakdown the last few days and he doesn't make time for me. He only makes time for his friends. He prefers them.
I'm trying to think what to do to improve MY situation. I'm planning on seeing a psychologist. But I'm very lonely. And I know that even if I go back to my country for this year, I'll still be lonely.
Does anyone want to talk? ❤
