Feeling like I’m gonna STOP BREATHING
Take a look around. Wherever you are. Find an object and focus on it for 10secs. Find another object and do the same. Keep breathing. I know it's easier said than done but this is what MUST happen. When we're in a full blown panic attack and feel like we can't breathe that's is the very thing we need to do...Breathe. I struggle with it myself. But I find myself doing it because I know I have to. Just try to regulate your breathing.
