I'm a happily married lady who has both physical(chronic pain and exhaustion) and mental health(depression ,anxiety,ocd)difficulties.hubby has many illnesses plus social phobia, anxiety and depression. Our two grown up sons both have aspergers,depression,anxiety related to aspergers and adhd. all their lives I have fought to help the boys through school and life when many couldn't cope with them and the boys couldn't cope with school. So my husband and I feel fully justified and qualified enough to know most things about mental health illnesses and I'm very happy to be welcomed into this group and hope i can add something positive and also gain positivity from support. Thankyou for reading. Btw. We are in the uk.
