hello, I recently got diagnosed with depression and it’s taking a toll on my relationship. I’ve been with my boyfriend for about a year and my depression makes me overthink everything and I know it must be hard for him to deal with me. He always reassures me that are relationship is going good and that I’ll get better, but it’s hard for me to be happy and fully there. I always feel like I’m half there. Any advice?
