Fluoxetine is it working

Hi everyone been on fluoxetine since Xmas then 13weeks at 60mg having some breakthrough anxiety still feel pretty low at time suffer with health anxiety just wondering is there still time for further improvement many thankx

Thanks for your reply I've already had some talking therapy which has brought the anxiety down its just when my mood drops I've already tried sertraline been on prozac before with good results so hoping I'm going the right wayx
