Getting off Western Medication, abilify

I was almost off all Western meds — I actually was off for a few weeks, but now in almost a full dose. Suggestions for getting off them for good? How do you make the meds into a liquid?

Hi ChristinaLe and welcome to this caring forum. Do you mean that you want to discontinue taking the medication that has been prescribed for you by your doctor, please? It is always important to follow guidance from your doctor when medication is to be discontinued, as it often has to be reduced gradually. It is not possible to make the medication into a liquid unless it is supposed to be a liquid medication [soluable aspirin, for example].
