So nervous! Often get triggered due to ptsd! I will have someone by me to make sure I don’t dissociate. So nervous because I hate not feeling in control and when I’m triggered I lose control. I’m also showing a bump with pregnancy now so don’t want anyone to think I will be a bad mum because I won’t be I will love her! 💜
