I have NO energy. I try to plan my day, make to-do lists, even talk about what I am going to get done today. Then BAM! Nothing. Can't get going. I have quit going places, seeing people. I just want to do nothing. Can't wait for bedtime.

Hi I think you are trying to do far too much. When you are depressed it's much better to try doing a few small things rather than makes to do lists as this is putting far too much pressure on yourself. Small steps. x
I used to do the same thing every day, was given this bit of advice from a friend, just plan to do one thing a day to start with taking no more than an hour on it, and possibly you could gradually expand on this, but as hypercat54 says small steps.

Hi there I like to write lists in the hope of completing on or two things on it!! How long you been on the meds maybe they need a tweak can you go see your dr and ask his advice!! I have no job at the moment and so have time to rest in between doing small things!! Everything will work out for you, for us all love and blessings
