Need health care professional advice about inpatient care rights

In 2013 I was injured by someone who teared a muscle on my shoulder, I went to the Einstein Hospital ER in Norristown PA because of acute pain, my shoulder was very bruised. I encountered a doctor who spoke English with difficulties. She did a X-ray of my shoulder and said nothing was broken, I asked her to evaluate the muscles by another method of testing and she refused.

At that I was taking 3 mg Clonazepan per day as prescribed by my physician, she said it was an overdose and refused to check that my prescription was valid and taken as precribed. She gave me Activan another benzodiazepine and documented in her file that she gave me Ibuprophen for the pain instead. I came to know when I asked the hospital to pull pharmacy records and got the physician report. In the ER she made me sign a paper saying it was simply for the ER to get paid for the visit but in fact it was a voluntary commitment for an inpatient stay in MCES which is an awful State Hospital in PA. I was locked up for 72 hours in a place which look like a 150 year old prison while the place pretends to be an hospital I really did never have a formal appointment with a psychiatrist and I went for days with a untreated teared muscle in my shoulder. I do suffer from depression but know I fear seeking help because I am scared to end up in a similar situation. Doesn't have a patient the right to have an informed consent ? and does a doctor have the right to drug a patient and falsify a report about a medication he gave ?. Please advise me I need medical help but I rather die than being in this type of situation again, is there a place I could talk to so in the future I can get the right help and not been taken advantage of financially.
