Guess this is the first step
Hello ash789, it must be very hard for you at the moment hating your life and hurting so much. But it is a very positive step that you have taken to acknowledge this and hopefully now that you have brought it into the open, you will make an appointment to see your GP. It is very important to seek ProfessionaL Medical advice so that you can explain to your doctor how low in mood you are feeling and that you are struggling to cope. Together with your doctor you can go through what support there is for you and perhaps some counselling may help you to express your negative feelings, and in time build up coping strategies to help you to feel better. Everyone on this forum will have felt similar to you in thoughts and feelings, and will be able to offer you advice and support and help you to get through this difficult time. Do take care of yourself and see your doctor as a first step to helping you to feel better and improve your daily life. Hello ash789
Admitting that you need help is a huge step in getting better. It’s hard to come to that conclusion but I know that you want the hurting to stop. I would definitely find a psychiatrist and therapist in your area and maybe even a support group. Just some of the things I did that helped me. Good luck
